The consumption of aluNID ® aluminum honeycomb has grown tremendously over the last few years. Thanks to the high performance of the product, aluNID ® is increasingly demanded.

That´s the reason why, in order to improve our costumer´s service, we have invested in a new press that offers better delivery times for the growing demand..

With this new acquisition, the production capacity of aluNID ® is doubled, improving and optimizing all production times, always with the prospect of maximum quality.

In aluNID ® we always work for a constant improvement, investing in new machinery for a better product quality and being able to offer the best solutions to our customers.

aluNIDr, the perfect core for interior design

The core of aluminum honeycomb aluNID ® offers high performance in lightness and rigidity, and it´s hexagonal shape becomes the best material as core panels for the interior design. Among many other applications include partition walls, kitchen countertops and furniture.

aluNID ® adapts to the needs of each client. It can sell expanded, and even drilling, with a maximum width of 2,400 mm and 14,000 mm long. Similarly it can be supplied in any of the cell sizes, ranging from 6 mm. to 19 mm.

Once paneling, it is easy to cut and can be finished with standard accessories profiles such as frames, handles, hinges. Thanks to lightweight panels made aluNID ® logistics costs, handling and installation are greatly reduced.

aluNIDr, sponsor of the E-TECH RACING team for the Formula Student Spain 2016

For another year, aluNID ® has sponsored the team E-TECH RACING for the Formula Student Spain 2016. For this year aluNID ® designed an expanded aluminium honeycomb which works as the impact attenuator in the nose of the vehicle. The piece has been subjected to numerous dynamic and static tests that check the reliability and quality of aluNID ®.

E -Tech Racing has presented its new car with the name of EV-A at the VIP Village Rollout of the Motordays Barcelona where it received the Audience Award for Elegance.

The Formula Student Spain 2016 took place August 25th through the 28th at the Circuit of Catalunya – Montmeló, an event that closes the European tour of the Formula Student after passing through Britain, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic, Germany and Hungary.
