L\u2019obiettivo di <strong>aluNID \u00ae<\/strong> e\u2019 quello di essere piu\u2019 di un semplice fornitore ma bensi di creare un vero vincolo con il cliente lavorando con lui, studiando le sue necessita\u2019 e creando prodotti del futuro.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo le esigenze del cliente, possiamo ottenere differenti densita\u2019 e proprieta\u2019 meccaniche combinando lo spessore dell\u2019alluminio e la misura della cella con il fine di ottimizzare il materiale secondo le sue esigenze.<br \/>\n<strong>aluNID \u00ae<\/strong> puo\u2019 essere fornito in 3 modi:<br \/>\n(da \u00d86 a \u00d819 mm):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Blocchi<\/li>\n<li>Espanso in lastra (EX)<\/li>\n<li>Non espanso in lastra (NEX)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>aluNID \u00ae<\/strong> si produce con nastro di alluminio in 50 o 70 microns (0,002\u201d o 0,0028\u201d) e la misura della cella in 1\/4\u201d, 3\/8\u201d, 1\/2\u201d e 3\/4\u201d ( da \u00d86 a \u00d819 mm.)<\/p>\n<p>Possiamo ottenere differenti densita\u2019 e proprieta\u2019 meccaniche combinando lo spessore del foglio di alluminio e la dimensione della cella, con il fine di ottimizzare le necessita di ogni singolo cliente.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_class=&#8221;bannerB&#8221;][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;CARATTERISTICHE&#8221; el_class=&#8221;mainTitleC&#8221;][vc_row_inner el_class=&#8221;centerContent&#8221;][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>lega di alluminio utilizzata: Serie 3000<\/li>\n<li>Misura della cella: 1\/4\u201d, 3\/8\u201d, 1\/2\u201d e 3\/4\u201d ( \uf0c66 mm., \uf0c69 mm.,\uf0c612 mm.,\uf0c619 mm.)<\/li>\n<li>Densita\u2019 del nido d\u2019ape ( relazionata con lo spessore dell\u2019alluminio e la misura della cella): da 20 kg\/m3 a 80 kg.\/m3 (1,3 pcf a 5,2 pcf).<\/li>\n<li>Tolleranza larghezza W e longitudine L della lastra espansa: \uf0b1 50 mm.(\uf0b12\u201d).<\/li>\n<li>Dimensioni standard delle lastre espanse:<br \/>\n1250 mm. x 2500 mm. ( 48\u201d x 96\u201d) e 1500 mm. x 3000 (60\u201d x 120\u201d)<\/li>\n<li>Perforato P ( o non perforato NP): le microperforazioni permettono una comunicazione tra le celle ( per un ambiente sotto vuoto o un ambiente in compressione)<\/li>\n<li>Spessore T della lastra: da 5 mm. a un massimo di 300 mm. (0.19-12\u201d)<\/li>\n<li>Tolleranza di taglio: \uf0b1 0.1 mm.
