Du 7 au 15 juin, les Fêtes en l’honneur de la Vierge de Linarejos Couronnée, Patronne de la ville, ont eu lieu à Linares (Jaén). Il s’agit d’un rendez-vous très attendu par les habitants et profondément enraciné dans la tradition locale.

Parmi les activités traditionnelles, on distingue la célèbre Tombola de Poupées, organisée par la Confrérie de “Nuestra Señora de Linarejos”, qui marque le début des festivités. Cette initiative solidaire vise à collecter des fonds pour l’entretien du Sanctuaire et à soutenir les personnes en situation de vulnérabilité dans la ville.

Pour la troisième année consécutive, ALUCOAT a souhaité s’associer à cette cause en faisant don de rouleaux d’aluminium, remis pendant les jours de célébration et utilisés pour l’organisation de la tombola.

Par cette action, ALUCOAT réaffirme son engagement envers la communauté et sa volonté de collaborer activement avec les structures locales qui promeuvent des valeurs de solidarité.

Club Tiro con Arco Cástulo based in Linares, continues to establish itself as a benchmark in the promotion and development of archery, thanks to its passion and dedication. Its work in training new talents and spreading this sport has been key to strengthening its presence and recognition within the sports community.

Since its inception, the club has worked tirelessly to promote archery, providing young athletes with a platform to develop their skills.

Among its most recent achievements is Juan Navarrete García, who secured first place in the Andalusian Indoor Championship held in Chiclana, competing in the Cadet category—one level above his own—earning a bronze medal with the Andalusian team. Another outstanding athlete is Juan Navarrete Muñoz, who became runner-up of Andalusia for the second consecutive time. He was selected to represent Andalusia in the National Championship held in Valladolid, where he ranked ninth among more than one hundred participants.

ALUCOAT supports a team that not only promotes sports practice but also fosters essential values such as discipline, effort, and perseverance. Through this collaboration, ALUCOAT reaffirms its commitment to sports, health, and the well-being of the community.

On Tuesday, November 21st, the ARUS Andalucía Racing Team appeared on El Hormiguero, the popular Antena 3 television show, to showcase their prototype car, built using aluNID®. This vehicle has competed in the annual Formula Student competition, also known as the « University Formula 1. »

El Hormiguero aimed to showcase the talented engineering students from the Higher Technical School of Engineering of Seville, who have successfully transformed aluNID® honeycomb into a high-performance Formula 1-style race car.

Après un processus d’évaluation rigoureux et un travail et des efforts constants, le noyau alvéolaire aluNID® a obtenu la certification internationale MED-IMO.

Ce certificat, connu dans le monde entier comme la « marque de roue » de la conformité à la directive sur les équipements marins (MED), certifie que le processus de production et le produit, aluNID®, sont conformes aux normes de qualité les plus strictes appliquées à sa fabrication. Il vérifie également la sécurité qu’aluNID® apporte au fonctionnement des différents équipements fabriqués avec ce produit et qui ont été installés sur des navires dans l’Union européenne. Il certifie également que le nid d’abeilles en aluminium fabriqué par ALUCOAT possède les propriétés non combustibles requises pour obtenir cet important certificat international.

Avec cette certification, aluNID® entre dans l’industrie navale par la grande porte, comme il l’a fait auparavant dans l’industrie aérospatiale. aluNID®, la marque déposée de nid d’abeilles en aluminium fabriqué en ALUCOAT, continue de croître dans ses parrainages internationaux. Cette fois, c’est l’Institut technique supérieur de l’Université de Lisbonne qui a rejoint la collaboration.

Formula Student Team Lisboa est composé de 71 étudiants issus de divers domaines d’ingénierie : aérospatiale, mécanique, électrique et informatique, ainsi que des étudiants de l’organisation industrielle et de l’économie.

Depuis quelques mois, elle travaille sur un prototype de véhicule 100% électrique et autonome. Formula Student Team Lisboa possède une vaste expérience dans la conception et la réalisation de monoplaces, puisqu’ils participent à la compétition depuis 2001.

Grâce à cet accord de collaboration, aluNID® fournira son noyau en nid d’abeille pour la construction du châssis du véhicule, qui sera en compétition lors de la prochaine saison 2022-2023. Grâce à la configuration hexagonale de l’aluNID® et aux propriétés légères et résistantes de l’aluminium, la voiture prendra plus facilement de la vitesse, et en cas de collision, le châssis absorbera l’impact. D’autre part, aluNID® est composé à 100% d’aluminium, qui est anticorrosif et possède également un comportement au feu extraordinaire. Ces caractéristiques font d’aluNID® le matériau idéal pour la fabrication de châssis de véhicules.

aluNID®, référence internationale dans la production de nids d’abeille en aluminium, a établi une collaboration avec le Parque de las Ciencias de Grenade pour la prochaine exposition temporaire qui aura lieu entre 2022 et 2025.

Sous le nom de « Bioinspiracion« , le Parque de las Ciencias de Grenade accueillera une exposition consacrée à l’imitation de modèles, de systèmes ou d’éléments de la nature pouvant être appliqués à la technologie et à l’inspiration de l’homme dans la nature pour les développements technologiques.

L’âme en nid d’abeille en aluminium aluNID®, est un produit polyvalent avec d’excellentes propriétés de résistance à la compression et à la déformation latérale, léger, 100% recyclable et incombustible. C’est aussi un produit biomimétique, c’est-à-dire que l’homme l’a adapté à ses besoins technologiques en se basant sur la nature et ses formes. C’est pour ces qualités qu’il sera exposé dans un stand de l’exposition.

Après avoir été exposée au Parque de las Ciencias de Grenade, cette exposition, ainsi que l’âme en nid d’abeille en aluminium aluNID®, sera exposée dans d’autres musées européens de grande réputation tels que le Musée fédéral de la santé et de la sécurité au travail de Dortmund en Allemagne et le Musée technique de Vienne en Autriche. Tous ces musées font partie de l’IAMuSEE, l’Alliance internationale des musées pour l’éducation scientifique et la culture en Europe.

Depuis des années, aluNID® est l’un des collaborateurs vedettes des différentes équipes qui participent à la Formula Student, une course automobile entre étudiants d’universités du monde entier qui promeut l’excellence en ingénierie, où chaque équipe universitaire conçoit et construit chaque véhicule monoplace qu’elle met ensuite en compétition.

Cette année, pour la première fois, aluNID® collabore avec l’équipe Spartan Racing Team de l’Université américaine de San Jose, en Californie, en faisant don d’un noyau en nid d’abeille en aluminium pour leur projet de monoplace qu’ils construisent cette saison 2021-2022. La Spartan Racing Team est composée d’une équipe importante et expérimentée qui a participé à plusieurs événements en Californie et au Michigan dans les catégories des véhicules électriques et à combustion.

L’équipe utilisera l’âme en nid d’abeille en aluminium comme élément clé du châssis, ce qui apportera de la légèreté au véhicule et lui permettra d’atteindre facilement la vitesse et de réduire la consommation de carburant. De plus, il offre une résistance supplémentaire en absorbant tous les impacts en case de collision. aluNID®, étant composé à 100% d’aluminium, possède une protection exemplaire contre le feu et est anticorrosif, deux propriétés très importantes pour garantir la sécurité du conducteur.

During these days, ALUCOAT specialist in coating aluminum coils and its division focused on the production of aluminium honeycomb core, aluNID®, have one again succeed expectations regarding legislation and ISO certificates applicable to their activity. After the external audit reaffirms its ongoing commitment to sustainable, quality production that respects people and the environment. 

As the result of the external audit, the certificates has been renewed:

UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 – Quality management system, which shows the capacity of the company to provide products that meet the requirements of the customers.

UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental management system, which certifies that the organization control all its activities, services and products that may affect the environment as well as the reduction of all the environmental impacts generated within its daily activity.

UNE-EN ISO 50001:2018 -Verifies that the company has implemented an efficient Energy management system which reduces the energy consumption, environmental impact and increases profitability.

The renovation of all these certificates is further proof of the importance of the customer for ALUCOAT and aluNID®.

Rigor through the production chain and the investment in quality, environmental and energy management system are the key to comply with the most demanding requirements of the market, therefore to be a supplier of the highest quality and reliable.

On the other side, aluNID®, is working on the implementation of the new management system according to the new European standard UNE EN  9100:2018, applicable to the aeronautical and aerospace industry sectors.
